Return and refund policy
At Bernard Tessier Florist, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in preparing each bouquet and gift. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here is what we can do for you.
Cut flowers and bouquets
Due to their perishable nature, cut flowers and bouquets cannot be returned or refunded once delivered or picked up in-store. However, if your flowers have a quality issue upon receipt — damaged stems, prematurely wilted flowers, or arrangement not matching your order — please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the product. We will do our best to rectify the situation.
Plants and gifts
Plants and gift items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A refund or exchange will be processed according to your preference.
Sale or promotional items are not returnable or refundable.
Special orders and events
Custom orders — tailored bouquets, wedding decorations, or event arrangements — require a non-refundable deposit upon confirmation. In case of cancellation, please inform us as early as possible:
— Cancellation more than 7 days before the date: refund of the remaining balance — Cancellation less than 7 days before the date: no refund of the balance
Delivery
If a problem occurs during delivery — incorrect address provided by the customer, recipient absent with no possibility of leaving the order in a safe place — redelivery fees may apply. If the error is on our part, we take full responsibility and proceed with a replacement at no cost.
